VISION

To build and empower women education with culture reliable and transparent efforts through a combination of self and external quality evaluation, promotion and initiatives.

MISSION

To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture for women.

To improve the academic and administrative performances of our College.

FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

The following are the objectives of IQAC:

• To disseminate information on quality parameters.
• To organize faculty development programmes.
• To organize workshops, seminars and conferences
• To document the activities of the college.
• To conduct academic audit.
• To collect students' feedback on teaching and learning

Functions of IQAC

This Cell monitors the teaching, research and various activities of each department.

Feedbacks regarding teaching and other amenities of the College are collected from the students and from the parents by this Cell.

The students' feedback for each department is evaluated. Good points are appreciated and remedial measures for the weak points are suggested to the departments by the IQAC team. The departments ensure the implementation of the remedial measures and report to the IQAC team about their improvement.

The Cell is responsible for regular submission of Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC. In keeping with the recommendations of the quality assurance agency NAAC, several measures have been adopted. Increased use of ICT in science classrooms and administrative office has begun. The College has an Anti Ragging Cell and Grievance cell. Since both could hamper the quality of education, the IQAC confirms if every Department takes efforts to avoid these hurdles.
