The principal should

  • Chalk out a policy to execute the vision and mission
  • Be prompt, sincere and painstaking in administration
  • Recommend and forward communication to authorities.
  • Motivate the departments to organize seminars, workshop and conferences.
  • •Listen to the student's ideas and set a supportive tone.
  • promote good rapport between management and staff.
  • Empower all his staff and students to reach their maximum potential.
  • Insists discipline, sincerity, loyalty, punctuality and accountability of the students and staff.
  • Create an environment where students become an active agent in the learing process and develop lifelong learning skills.

 

The staff member should

  • Be dressed modestly, neatly and maintain decorum inside and outside the premises.
  • Follow the honour and dignity of the teaching profession.
  • Must treat the students with courtesy and dignity.
  • Abide by the rules and regulations of the institution
  • Co-Operate and support the institution in academic and non-academic and in co-curricular activities.
  • Abide by the procedures to ensure student's safety.
  • Be good counselors and facilitators.
  • Help, guide, encourage and assist students in their learning.

 

The student should

  • Late comers are forbidden from entering the classrooms.
  • Present inside the class on time.
  • During leisure hours, students are advised to use the library, and internet browsing center.
  • Maintain discipline inside the class and the premises.
  • Students should stay away from any anti social activities.
  • Not bring cell phone to the college.
  • Students should stay wear their identity cards inside the camps daily.
  • Dress modestly and avoid wearing leggings, jeans and short chudidhar to the college.
  • Ragging in any form is a serious offence and it will be dealt with severely.
  • Visitors are not allowed to meet the students in the classrooms.
